Thesis Boot Camp

Thesis Boot Camp: March 2nd to 6th, 2020

Writing a final thesis can pose great challenges for students. In addition to time management challenges, the writing process in particular raises many questions: How do I limit my topic? How do I conduct targeted research? What is the best way to approach the writing process? And how do I manage my sources? Answers to these basic questions will be found in the course of the Thesis boot camp.

Twice a year, once in spring and once in autumn, the Leuphana Professional School organises a Master's thesis week in which everything revolves around planning and writing the Master's thesis. Students from different study programmes tackle this task together, with the team of the Professional School providing the best possible support. A supporting programme structures is the Master's thesis boot camp, which offers the opportunity to take your time for the writing process and deal with individual needs. Even after the end of the supporting programme, students can of course continue to work in the library on campus.

The Thesis boot camp is registered as a regular educational leave in the federal states of Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen, Hamburg and Berlin. You can apply to your employer for educational leave to attend this event. If you wish to take advantage of this, please indicate this when registering for the boot camp.
